Hello, I'm Jerry Tan

I got to know Jerry through a personal introduction from a colleague in 2018. He not only played the role of a consultant but also became a good friend. He is always willing to share his financial knowledge with me and has a genuine desire to spread his wisdom to impact the people around me. Improving the lives of clients beyond simply clinching a deal is no easy feat, but it is necessary to show that life isn’t just about the money you save or invest; it’s also about the less tangible things, such as self-improvement or simply blessing those around you.

My meeting with Jerry has enabled me to plan for my retirement early, and through this early planning, I’ve been able to save in the long term, compared to planning for retirement later. On a more personal note, he has also impacted me by helping me realise how a shift in perspective can allow me to see the more positive side of things, rather than constantly having negative thoughts about every mistake I make. This really shows how our relationship is not merely a transactional one. If there is one big takeaway from my recent accident, which resulted in a broken ankle, it would be to ensure that you are properly insured and covered. I’m thankful that I am well-insured. My brother introduced me to Jerry in 2018, who helped assess my insurance portfolio at the time and encouraged me to get better plans with wider coverage. I’m thankful I went ahead with it because I can confidently say now that it was a good decision.

Who knows what the future holds? I was so certain it was just a very bad sprain when I fell. Little did I know, it was actually a broken ankle, and I needed surgery because the doctors diagnosed the ankle as unstable. I was completely overwhelmed, and I’m thankful Jerry came through by recommending an amazing orthopaedic specialist when I needed a second opinion on my ankle. He also set up a system to ensure the smooth facilitation of medical services. Alas, surgery was unavoidable, and it felt very daunting in that moment.

Financially, it was a five-figure sum (specialist’s fee). My heart dropped when I saw the initial estimated bill, but thankfully, I'm well taken care of! Jerry is very knowledgeable, breaking down complex terms into easy-to-understand ones and answering my queries promptly. He is very reassuring and responsive, and most importantly, he recommends the right plans for me, which really helped to completely alleviate the financial burden. Thank you, Jerry!
