James began his career under an eight-year bond to the government after earning a scholarship to study in the US. During this time, he managed multi-million dollar projects, honing his systematic approach to planning. He later founded and successfully ran a marketing business for a decade, where he learned the key importance of listening to clients and fulfilling their needs.

These experiences laid a strong foundation for James’ transition into the financial services industry. Motivated by the realisation that neither he nor his friends had a confident or holistic approach to wealth management, James entered the field determined to bridge that gap.
