Frances graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Arts & started her career as a corporate banker at a Japanese bank before joining Prudential Singapore in 2000. She then joined finexis in 2008 and now serves over 350 families. With extensive experience in corporate and personal finance, Frances serves many clients from the financial industry. Her approach is centred around helping clients achieve their financial goals while enjoying the journey. Married with 2 grown up children, Frances enjoys travelling and staying engaged in the financial industry.

She strongly believes in risk management, ensuring her clients achieve long-term financial stability and peace of mind. Most of her clients are professionals in their 40s and 50s, with middle to upper-middle incomes. Her planning philosophy focuses on ensuring clients have enough funds for retirement, financial security in case of illness and legacy planning.

Sincerity, honesty, and consistency are the hallmarks of the work ethic of Frances. She has maintained close relationships with her clients since her Prudential days, providing regular updates biannually or annually. She assists clients in reviewing their insurance and investments through various life stages and ensuring they remain aligned to their financial objectives.

Frances continues to enjoy meeting people and finds great satisfaction in helping them achieve financial stability. Having gone through various life stages herself, she is able to guide & accompany her clients through the financial journey, which reinforces her passion for what she does.
